本毕业设计是采用ASP和DREAMER MX作WEB开发工具，采用ACCESS作为后台数据库，设计中小企业网络办公自动化网站。Active Server Pages（ASP）是服务器端脚本编写 环境，使用它可以创建和运行动态、交互的 Web 服务器应用程序。使用ASP 可以组合 HTML 页、脚本命令和 ActiveX 组件以创建交互的 Web 页和基于 Web 的功能强大的应用程序。
网络办公自动化的发展过程到现在已经是第三代。第一代网络办公自动化是以数据为其处理中心的传统的MIS系统，第二代是以工作流为中心的网络办公自动化系统，第三代即以知识管理为核心的新一代网络办公自动化系统。
网络办公自动化是一个基于网络的一个虚拟办公。随着网络与信息技术的发展及计算机应用水平的不断提高，企事业单位越来越希望通过先进的科技搭建一个进行日常业务处理及行政管理的信息化工作环境，为企事业单位领导、各个职能和业务部门的工作人员等提供一个良好的基于计算机网络技术的信息平台，方便上下级及内部各部门之间的信息交互，规范工作流程、提高工作效率和质量，并对行政和业务管理中的相关文档进行有效的管理和利用。我们所设计的网络办公自己化主要有以下功能：系统管理、企业信息、产品管理、会员管理、新闻管理、调查管理、留言管理、荣誉管理、友情链接等功能。成功实现网络办公自动化的几个有关功能模块的设计，有软件下载，产品查询，新闻发布等功能模块。

Abstract
This graduation design is person DREAMER MX who adopts the ASP and dream to make the network development tool, adopting the thoroughfare to be the backstage database, the small business enterprise network transacts to automate the website in the design. Active Server Pages（ASP） is a server to carry the script plait to write the environment, use it can establish and circulate the dynamic ASP , the alternant network server applies the procedure.Use the ASP can combine the HTML page, the script order and module of ActiveX with establish the alternant network page and according to applied procedure of strong function of the network.
The network transact the development process of the automation to is already the third generation now.The generation network transact the automation to take data as it handles the traditional system of MIS of the center, the next generation with the work flow for center of network transact the automation, the third generation namely with the knowledge manage for the new generation network of the core transact the automation.

The network transacts the automation is an according to network of a conjecture transact.Along with the network and technical development of information and the calculator application level of raise continuously, science and technology that the business unit hopes to pass the forerunner more and more build a carries on the usual business processing and administrations management of information-based work environment, for the business unit lead, each working talent and the business section of staff member etc. provide a good according to technical information terrace of the calculator network, the convenience top and bottom the class and the information of of internal and each section hand over with each other, norm workflow, the exaltation work efficiency and quantity, and to administration and the business management in of related text file carry on the valid management and exploitation.The network that we design transacts the oneself to turn to mainly have the following function:System management, business enterprise information, product management, member management, news management, investigate management and leave a message management, the management of honor, the friendship chain connects etc. function. Succeed to carry out the design of severals relevant function mold piece that the network transacts the automation, there is the software download, the product search, the news releases to wait the function mold piece.
