摘要
镇村公交(也称村村通公交),是指以乡镇为单位或者相邻几个乡镇为片区,连接乡镇至行政村(镇与镇之间、村与村之间),具有公交基本特征的客运线路。实施镇村公交工程,推进城乡客运一体化发展,推动交通公共设施向农村延伸、交通公共服务向农村覆盖,逐步实现城乡交通基本公共服务均等化,是统筹城乡发展、推进民生幸福工程的重大举措,对畅通城乡运输渠道、改善农村生产生活条件、拉动农村消费、打破城乡二元结构、缩小城乡发展差距、促进城乡社会经济协调发展具有十分重要的意义。
论文对我国镇村公交的现状进行分析,了解镇村公交的线网布局建设的必要性。总结了镇村客流的时空分布特征,以此为基础建立了基于镇村公交站点的客流需求预测方法。同时结合了镇村空间体系结构、镇村人口分布情况和镇村道路条件等因素,根据客流预测结果,提出了分级分层、同级中各层次线网采用不同布局的方法进行线网规划,运用分级优化的方法进行镇村线网优化,建立了线网布局评价指标体系,并采用模糊多层次综合评价法进行综合评价。并从站场和车辆配置两个方面对镇村公交服务体系进行研究,并从运营管理保障机制、市场运作保障措施和基础设施建设保障策略三个方面对镇村公交的运营保障机制与对策进行探讨。 [资料来源:http://THINK58.com]
论文最后以六合区为例,在对其现状镇村交通发展水平进行分析的基础上,对镇村公交规划中所涉及到的发展环境、客流预测、基础设施规划及优化等方面作应用性研究。
