本文详细介绍了国内自动装箱控制系统的发展现状,发展中所面临的问题。从产品质量、性能及应用方面看自动装箱机的差距;整个行业看国产自动装箱机所存在的问题以及它的发展趋势。同时也详尽的介绍了此次设计中最重要的组成部件单片机的概念、工作原理及设备总体结构,其中包括MCS-51的发展历程,选型依据。设计了一种基于单片机MCS-51的自动装箱机,介绍了所选用的8031、8255等单片机。整个系统通过光电传感器检测产品数目,并且通过数码管实时显示,当下落了设定的产品数目之后停止传送带2的传送。同时启动传送带1,带动箱子到位。根据设计对单片机的I/O口的输入输出进行了分配,并且编写出系统的流程图、电路图及程序。介绍了光电传感器和控制电机的工作原理,随后又介绍了光电传感器的工作原理和传感器选择与设计:光电开关的原理、光电开关应用设计。电机控制系统及系统电源设计,交流电机M1、M2控制系统。最后设计总体程序,实现对产品的自动装箱。 [资料来源:http://think58.com]
