幼儿园管理系统的设计与实现(VB SQL2000)(新品)

摘 要

伴随计算机的飞速发展，如今的各行各业的工作越来越离不开计算机,计算机的高速办公效率,让越来越多的企业、政府等单位加入到计算机软件消费领域中来，在这个大的趋势下，幼儿园管理也逐渐的步入计算机管理队伍中来，各种幼儿园管理软件不断的被开发，应用，但幼儿园软件大都关注在交费，报名的基本信息的基础上，如何才能使幼儿园的方方面面得到高效的管理呢，因为我们开发了这套综合的幼儿园管理信息系统本系统——幼儿园管理系统，使用Visual Basic 6.0开发，采用客户端/服务器的模型构架。数据库采用SQL Server2000来实现。在设计过程中最大限度满足用户的要求，该系统具有较强的实用性和针对性。具有界面友好，操作简单，可维护性强等特点。本系统基本遵循了软件工程方法论进行系统分析、总体设计、详细设计和软件测试。实现了管理人员管理班级，课程以及幼儿报名信息；操作人员进行日常的各种信息管理，如日常事务管理、学生缴费管理、班级伙食管理以及学生接送管理等功能，每个功能下面还包括一些详细的功能，如 日常事务管理里面包括体检、疾病、请假等各个功能，系统用户角色分为两层，每层用户角色之间紧密联系，使系统的更加安全，功能更加完善。 think58 [资料来源：www.THINK58.com]

3.5 系统功能分析幼儿园管理系统系统共分成两层角色：管理员模块、操作员，其各个角色不同的功能如下描述：。3.5.1管理员模块实现的功能（1）班级信息管理：维护班级信息、包括年级、班主任以及保育员信息。（2）课程信息管理：对课程信息进行管理，可以添加、删除课程。（3）学生报名：登记本幼儿园的学生报名信息，可以添加、修改、删除报名信息（4）用户管理：维护系统的操作员信息，增加、删除操作员信息。（5）查询模块管理：此模块下包含以下几个子模块：学生事务查询：按照条件查询显示事务信息，事务主要包括学生的体检信息、疾病信息以及请假信息等。学生成绩查询：对操作员登记的学生各个课程科目的成绩进行查询操作学生收费查询：查询显示各个月份的幼儿园费用收取信息记录学生伙食查询：查询显示哥哥班级每天的伙食安排信息学生接送查询：查询显示学生的接送信息3.5.2 操作员模块应实现的功能 操作员主要是处理日常业务功能，其模块介绍如下所示：（1）学生事务管理：管理学生的日常事务信息。包括疾病、请假以及体检等体检情况登记：登记日常的学生体检信息，对于学生每次体检的信息做详细记录请假情况登记：登记学生的请假情况信息疾病情况登记：登记学生的日常疾病情况处理信息学生成绩管理：登记学生成绩信息。（2）学生收费管理：管理定期收取幼儿园各项费用的信息（3）学生伙食管理：登记学生的伙食信息（4）学生接送管理：登记学生的每日的接送信息。
