组织滴虫在鸡异刺线虫中18s rRNA的克隆及序列分析(6800字)
摘  要:应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)鉴定鸡异刺线虫体内的火鸡组织滴虫,作者通过PCR扩增火鸡组织滴虫虫株的18S rRNA部分序列,将PCR扩增出的片段进行序列测定并进行序列分析。结果表明,两株火鸡组织滴虫18S rRNA序列长度基本一致,均为575bp,与GenBankTM公布的火鸡组织滴虫序列相似性在99.1%以上。本研究从分子生物学水平证明了鸡异刺线虫雄虫体内也存在火鸡组织滴虫,为火鸡组织滴虫病诊断及火鸡组织滴虫种群体遗传学研究奠定了良好基础。

Cloning and Sequence analysis of Histomonas meleagridis 18S rRNA in the Heterakis gallinae
Abstract: Histomonas meleagridis in the Heterakis gallinae were identified by PCR. The 18S rRNA sequences were amplified from each H. meleagridis sample. The inserts were successfully sequenced, and the length of 18S rRNA of the H. meleagridis samples were 575bp. Sequence comparison revealed that the similarity in 18S rRNA sequences between  H. meleagridis samples and the H. meleagridis aveilable in GenBankTM were more than 99.1%, respectively. The existence of H. meleagridis in male Heterakis gallinae was confirmed at the level of molecular biology. The results indicated that PCR was suitable for the diagnosis and population fenetics of H. meleagridis.
