摘要
装配式建筑是建筑产业未来的发展潮流,当前大力发展装配式建筑受到了国家的高度重视,同时也得到了建筑业界的积极响应和参与,建筑产业现代化趋势已经在全国各地蓬勃兴起。工业化生产将逐渐替代传统的建造方式。目前装配式结构中节点形式大多为湿式连接,干式连接较少。并且针对装配式梁柱节点的研究较多,工艺已经相对成熟,但关于柱-柱节点连接研究还不完善。
本文对装配式框架结构柱-柱节点试验模型进行有限元分析,结合与整浇柱有限元分析的对比结果,探讨柱-柱节点承载能力。本文的柱-柱节点采用的是单齿柱的连接方式,即上段柱设有柱齿,下段柱留有柱槽,上下段以类似于榫接的方式连接,与榫接方式稍有区别。与目前已有的柱-柱节点相比,单齿柱-柱节点具有施工简便、传力途径明确、现场湿作业较少等优点。本文以电力行业的某工业装配式建筑为研究对象,选取了典型的装配式框架结构柱单元,对其进行了非线性有限元建模分析,主要内容包括:
1、采用 ANSYS软件对单齿柱和整浇柱的试验模型进行数值模拟。建立了单齿柱和整浇柱的非线性有限元模型,通过计算分析得到了模型的荷载-位移曲线、变形形态以及应力分布,对比分析在一端固接、一端滑动情况下整浇柱和单齿连接预制柱的受力性能,验证了单齿柱有限元模型的准确性。 [资料来源:http://THINK58.com]
2、以上述单齿柱有限元模型为基础进行拓展,对此类结构的轴压比等设计参数展开了讨论。经计算结果分析发现:在一定范围内,增大单齿柱的轴压比,能够有效提高单齿柱的侧向承载能力。
3、本文通过对单齿柱-柱节点的研究提出了一些设计建议:1)建议增加侧向钢板的长度,使钢板下边缘低于于企口高度;2)在企口周边混凝土中增加钢筋网,延缓企口周边混凝土的开裂;3)钢板应与纵向钢筋、箍筋同时焊接,保障钢板焊接的牢固。

Abstract
Assembly building is the future trend of construction industry. At present, the state attaches great importance to the development of assembly building. At the same time, it has also received the positive response and participation of the construction industry. The trend of modernization of construction industry has flourished all over the country. Industrialized production will gradually replace traditional construction methods. At present, most of the nodes in assembly structures are wet connections, but few are dry connections. There are many studies on the fabricated beam-to-column joints, and the technology is relatively mature, but the research on the column-to-column joints is not perfect. [资料来源:THINK58.com]
In this paper, the experimental model of column-column joints in assembled frame structures is analyzed by finite element method, and the bearing capacity of column-column joints is discussed by comparing with the results of finite element analysis of whole cast-in-place columns. In this paper, the column-column joints are connected by a single-tooth column, that is, the upper column has cylindrical teeth, the lower column has cylindrical grooves, and the upper and lower columns are connected in a way similar to tenon connection, which is slightly different from tenon connection. Compared with the existing column-column joints, single-tooth column-column joints have the advantages of simple construction, clear way of force transmission and less wet operation on site. In this paper, a typical assembled frame structure column element is selected for the study of an industrial assembly building in the power industry, and its nonlinear finite element modeling analysis is carried out. 1. The ANSYS software is used to simulate the experimental model of single-tooth column and cast-in-place column. A non-linear finite element model of single-tooth column and prefabricated column is established. The load-displacement curve, deformation form and stress distribution of the model are obtained through calculation and analysis. The mechanical properties of the prefabricated column with one-tooth connection and one-tooth connection under the condition of one-end fixed connection and one-end sliding are compared and analyzed. The accuracy of the finite element model of single-tooth column is verified.
2. Based on the single-tooth column finite element model mentioned above, the design parameters such as the axial compression ratio of this kind of structure are discussed. The results show that in a certain range, increasing the axial compression ratio of the single-tooth column can effectively improve the lateral bearing capacity of the single-tooth column.
3. Through the study of single-tooth column-column joints, this paper puts forward some design suggestions: 1) It is suggested to increase the length of the lateral steel plate so that the lower edge of the steel plate is lower than the height of the entrance; 2) It is suggested to increase the steel mesh in the concrete around the entrance of the entrance to delay the cracking of the concrete around the entrance; 3) The steel plate should be welded simultaneously with the longitudinal steel bar and stirrups to ensure the solidity of the welding of the steel plate.
