摘  要:“生命在于运动”,生命之美在于它时时刻刻都处于运动之中,而体育,恰好集中了这种美。它将力量与技巧,速度与优美同时体现到了极至,赋予人无限的启示与动力,而举重是一响项很古老的运动。本设计是设计举重床而且属于多功能型健身器,该举重床综合安全性能高,操作方便灵活,即使用于室内健身锻炼也适用于室外健身锻炼。本设计设计的举重床其杆铃架与举重床整体可以拆分开来,拆分出杆铃架后,把背垫调到下斜,就可以做仰卧起坐,从而锻炼腰部。该举重床可以调节杆铃升降,杆铃升降调节不用像传统那样要把杆铃片取下再调节,而是采用齿轮传动丝杆丝母直接进行调节,调节高度范围为50CM;举重床的背垫采用滑杆滑套螺钉固定调节,调节范围增加,且方便灵活,操作简便;该举重床还有踢腿机构、卧推架机构以及高拉杆机构。其中高拉杆机构拉悬挂的重物改设成拉弹簧以增加安全性,踢腿机构和卧推架机构都是栓挂哑铃片或者是杆铃片。本设计设计出的举重床适合广大人民群众使用。
