电话机话筒模具设计及其型腔仿真加工
摘要:为了完成电话机听筒模设计,本文分析了电话机听筒的工艺特点和工艺要求,并说明了模具工作原理。
在模具中,面的设计将直接影响模具的复杂程度和制造成本,并对产品的质量产生影响。通过对电话机听筒的结构和工艺性分析,比较详细地论述了电话机听筒模具面的设计考虑因素。从制件和所用原材料分析入手,探讨了电话机听筒的注射成型工艺,进行了型腔和型芯的尺寸计算与强度计算。根据模具的加工性和塑料成型的工艺性要求,对注射成型塑料零件结构设计中的工艺性结构设计要点进行了系统的阐述。论述了模具的型腔布置、面选择、浇注系统、成型零部件、顶出与复位机构及冷却系统的设计特点,成功实现了模具的成型。
根据模具零件结构设计的结果,对其加工工艺分析,拟定其加工工艺方案,确定各零件的加工工艺过程。考虑到零件的尺寸及精度要求,从选取模具材料出发,合理安排每个零件加工的先后顺序,保证能生产出合格的零件。通过本次设计,我了解了模具的工作原理及模具主要零件的相互关系,并且对模具设计的全过程有了更加深刻的认识。

The design of handset of a telephone handset injecting mould and simulation processing whit the cavity
Abstract: In order to complete the telephone handset mold design, this article has analyzed the telephone handset's craft characteristic and the technological requirement, and explained the mold principle of work.
In the injection mold, divides the profile the design the immediate influence mold's complex degree and the production cost, and has the influence to the product quality. Compared with elaborated the telephone handset mold to divide the profile in detail the design consideration factor, through to the telephone handset's structure and the technological analysis. And used raw material analysis from the work piece to obtain, to discuss the telephone receiver's injection molding craft, has carried on the die space and the core size computation and the strength calculation. According to mold's workability and the plastic formation's technological request, has carried on system's elaboration to the injection molding plastic parts structural design's technological structural design main point. Elaborated molds die space arrangement, to divide the profile choice, the gating system, the formation spare part, to go against with the resetting device and cooling system's design feature, the success has realized mold's formation. According to the injection mold components structural design's result, to its processing process study, draws up its processing craft plan, determines various components the processing technological process. Considered the components the size and the accuracy requirement, embark from the selection mold material, the possible arrangement each components processing's order successively, guaranteed that can produce the qualified components. Through this design, I have understood mold's principle of work and the mold major parts reciprocity, and had a more profound understanding to the injection mold design's entire process.
